Securing Your Appointment
A non-refundable $30 deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve your appointment. This amount will be applied toward your service total.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations or reschedulin requests to best accommodate all clients.
Late Arrivals
If you are running late, please notify us as soon as possible. A 15 minute grace period is provided. Arrivals beyond 15 minutes may result in your appointment being canceled or modified, and your deposit will be forfeited. Please note that late arrivals will still be charged the full service amount, even if the appointment must be shortened or modified.
Missed Appointments
Appointments missed without notice will result in the forfeiture of the $30 deposit and may result in being unable to book future appointments.
Guest Policy
To maintain a relaxing and focused environment, additional guests are not permitted during your appointment.
